List of Ingredients
- 6 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 light corn syrup
- 2 tsp instant coffee or espresso powder
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a med saucepan over med-low heat, stir the chocolate, syrup and powder until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the cream, heat just to a simmer, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla.
- Let cool slightly before using. Can be refrigerated for up to 1 week.
