    List of Ingredients


    • 6 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
    • 1/2 light corn syrup
    • 2 tsp instant coffee or espresso powder
    • 1/4 cup heavy cream
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract


    Instructions


    1. In a med saucepan over med-low heat, stir the chocolate, syrup and powder until melted and smooth.
    2. Stir in the cream, heat just to a simmer, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla.
    3. Let cool slightly before using. Can be refrigerated for up to 1 week.
