    List of Ingredients


    • 2 1/2 cups flour
    • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1 cup butter, softened
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1 oz. bottle red food color
    • 2 tsp vanilla extract
    • Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting


    Instructions


    1. Mix dry ingredients.
    2. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy
    3. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time
    4. Mix sour cream, milk, food color, vanilla in
    5. Gradually add dry mix until just belnded
    6. Spoon batter into prepared cupcake cups, fill 2/3 full
    7. Bake in 350 dege oven for 20-25 minutes
    8. Cool in pans for 5 minutes
    9. Remove from the pans and cool completely
    10. Spread with frosting
