    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 cup dry white wine
    • 2 Tbsp sugar
    • 1 Tbsp snipped, fresh mint
    • 3 med plums, pitted and corsely chopped
    • 2 med nectarines, pitted and corsely chopped
    • 2 med peaches, pitted and corsely chopped


    Instructions


    1. In small pan, combine wine and sugar. Heat until boiling, stir to dissolve sugar. Boil gently, uncovered, 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in mint. Cool completely. Strain through fine mesh strainer, discard mint.
    2. In large bowl, combine fruit. Add mixture, toss to coat. Cover and chill 1-8 hours. Garnish with mint.
