    List of Ingredients


    • 4oz unsalted butter, in small pieces
    • 3 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1 tbp finely chopped rosemary
    • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice, rind reserved and sliced
    • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
    • 1.5 tsp hot sauce
    • 1lb med to large shrimp, peeled
    • 1/2 tsp coarse salt


    Instructions


    1. Heat skillet over med-high heat. Add butter, cook until melted and foamy. Add rosemary, garlic and lemon, stir in Worcestershire and hot sauce and bring to simmer.
    2. Season shrimp with S&P add to skillet. Cook until pink and firm to touch, 3-4 minutes. Season with pepper, serve with baguettes.
