    List of Ingredients


    • 1 bunch broccoli
    • 1 1/4 cupos beef broth
    • 3 tbl hoisin
    • 2 tbl soy sauce
    • 2 tbl plum sauce
    • 1/4 cup cornstarch
    • Grate orange peel and juice
    • 1/4 cup veg oil
    • 1 jalapeno, sliced thin


    Instructions


    1. In a large skillet, bring 2 cups salted water to a boil. cut the broccoli into 1-in florets. Boil until crisp-tender, 3 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water. Reserve skillet.
    2. In small bowl, stir together broth and 3 sauces, add 1 tbl cornstarch. Stir in orange peel.
    3. Slice the steak 1/4 inch thick, then cut slices crosswise into thirds; toss with remaining cornstarch.
    4. In reserved skillet, heat the oil over med-high heat. Add the steak and hte pepper, cook, turning, until barely pink about 2 minutes. Transfer to paper towel lines plate and drain. Add broth mix to skillet and cook, stirring, until thickened about 2 minutes. Stir in the meat, broccoli and the orange juice and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes. Serve with orange wedges.
