List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. linguine pasta
- 12 oz. white clam sauce
- 4 slices bacon, cut crosswise into thin strips
- Grated zest of 1 lemon
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 2/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta accordingly.
- Meanwhile cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Drain on paper. Drain fat from the skillet. Stir in clam sauce, lemon zest and red pepper. Cook over low heat until hot.
- Add 1/2 the pasta cooking water to skillet. Drain oasta, add to skillet with parsley. Toss to mix and coat. Remove to serving plates; sprinkle with bacon.
