    FREEZER Chocolate Sour Cream Muffins

    400 degrees at 20 minutes


    List of Ingredients


    • 5 oz semi-sweet chocoate
    • 2 baking chocolate squares
    • 1.3 cup butter
    • 3/4 cup sour cream
    • 2/3 brown sugar
    • 1/3 cup light corn syrup
    • 1 egg
    • 2 tsp vanilla
    • 1 1/2 cup flour
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


    Instructions


    1. Mix semi-sweet chocolate, baking chocolate and butter together. then melt carefully in the microwave or over simmering water in a doubleboiler. Allow to cool till lukewarm.
    2. Mix sour cream, sugar, corn syrup, egg and vanilla.Blend with melted chocolates.
    3. Blend flour, soda and salt, then add to the chocolate mixture and blend very well.
    4. Add the chocolate chips. Pour better into 12-paper lined or greased muffin tins. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven. Bake 20 minutes.
    5. Remove from muffin for tins and allow to cool. When freezing, cool completely then freeze in individual baggies, removing as much air as possible.
