• ADOBO MARINADE
  
• Adobo
  
• Cilantro
  
• Garlic
  
• Olive Oil
  
• CUBAN ROLL, toasted
  
• 5 oz skirt steak
  
• 1 tsp olive oil
  
• 2 oz queso blanco cheese
  
• 1.5 oz yellow onions, grilled
  
• 2 tbl chipotle aioli
  
• AIOLI
  
• Chipotle in Adobo
  
• Mayonnaise
  
• Lemon Juice
  
• Parsley
  






Instructions



1. Marinate the skirt steak overnight in the adobo marinade.
   
2. Grill steak medium to medium well. Slice into small strips.
   
3. Combine aioli ingredients, spread on toasted roll, top with sliced steak and grilled onions.
