    • 1 cup finely diced fresh pineapple
    • 1 8oz. firm-ripe peach or nectarine, diced (1 cup)
    • 1/2 cup finely diced red bell pepper
    • 3 tbl chopped fresh mint
    • 1 shallot, minced
    • 2 tbl lime juice
    • 1 tbl honey


    Instructions
