    • Small pumpkin
    • OPTION
    • Cream
    • Milk
    • Salt
    • OR
    • Brown Sugar
    • Butter
    • Nuts


    Instructions


    1. Cut pumpkin in half, remove seed and stringy middle portion.
    2. Place halves, cut side down, on a foil lined cookie sheet sprayed with oil. Bake at 350 degrees until skin can be peirced with a fork easily.
    3. Carefully turn over pumpkin halves, there will be very hot steam. Scoop out flesh and serve as desired.
    4. Savory Pumpkin Mash: Mash like potatoes with butter and salt and a little crea.
    5. Sweet Pumpkin Mash: As with sweet potatoes, with butter, brown sugar, nuts or vanilla.
