Butter-Roasted Cauliflower

- 1 (1 3/4 lb) head cauliflower. trimmed & cut into 2-in florets
- 2 tbl butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Coat baking sheet with cooking spray, or line it with parchment paper or silicone mat.
- Spread cauliflower onto baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with S&P.
- Roast for 30 minutes, flip cauliflower and continue roasting until tender and golden, about 10 more minutes.
