    Butter-Roasted Cauliflower

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (1 3/4 lb) head cauliflower. trimmed & cut into 2-in florets
    • 2 tbl butter, melted
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray, or line it with parchment paper or silicone mat.
    3. Spread cauliflower onto baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with S&P.
    4. Roast for 30 minutes, flip cauliflower and continue roasting until tender and golden, about 10 more minutes.
