Garlic Kale

- 2 tbl olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (13-oz) bunch kale, stemmed and leaves torn
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Heat oil in large pot over medium heat
- Cook garlic, stirring, just until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add kale and salt & cook, stirring frequently, until kale is wilted, about 4 minutes.
