    Herloom Tomato Salad w/ garlic oil

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 tbl evoo
    • 3 small garlic cloves, sliced thin
    • 2 lb heirloom tomatos, halved
    • S&P
    • 1/2 bunch chives, cut into 1-in peices
    • 1/4 cup fresh basil


    Instructions


    1. Heat oil and garlic i small saute pan over med-low heat. Cook until garlic is golden, about 6 minutes. transfer into bowl, cool 10 minutes.
    2. Arrange tomatoes on serving platter, and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with garlic oil, and sprinkle wit chives and basil just before serving.
