    List of Ingredients


    • 2 ripe avocados
    • 4 tbl cold water
    • 2 tsp veg gelozone
    • 1 tbl lemonjuice
    • 4 tbl mayo
    • 2/3 cup light cream
    • Salt & Pepper
    • 2/3 cup thickened, unsweet yogurt


    Instructions


    1. Peel avocados adnremove pits. Put flesh in a processor with water, gelzone, lemon, mayo, yogurt and cream. Season with salt and pepper.
    2. Process 10-15 sec until smooth.
    3. Transfer to small saucepan, heat gently until just boiling.
    4. Pour mix into 3 1/2 cup storage box or terrine. Smooth top. Cool and set, about 2 hours.
    5. Turn out and slice. Garnish with cucumbers.
