    Banana Apple Flambe

    List of Ingredients




    3 tablspoons butter or margarine
    3 tablspoons brown sugar
    2 tablespoons white sugar
    1/2 cup drained pineapple chunks
    2 bananas, sliced
    1/2 cup Irish Mist
    Vanilla Ice Cream

    Recipe



    Melt butter in skillet or shallow crepe pan over direct heat.
    Mix in sugars.
    Add pineapple and bananas and turn to coat in syrup.
    Heat until bubbly.
    Add Irish Mist. Ignite carefully.
    Serve over Vanilla Ice Cream

    Serves 4 to 6 persons
