    Crab Pasta Casserole

    This is a great dish to serve for most any occasions. I serve it along with Tabasco Salad and buttered dinner rolls.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pint half&half cream
    • 12 oz. vermicelli
    • 1 lb. velveeta cheese
    • 1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
    • 2 sticks butter
    • 1 small bunch chopped green onions
    • 1/2 cup parsely, chopped fine
    • 1 lb. crabmeat


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter and saute mushrooms in a double boiler or in a saucepan on low heat. Melt cheese and cream, stirring until blended.
    2. Cook spaghetti in salted water al dente, drain.
    3. Mix all ingredients together, add crabmeat and season to taste with red and black papper, but no salt.
    4. Pour into a baking dish and bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes.
