    This is crustless.

    List of Ingredients







    l lb. cottage cheese (dry)
    2 8 oz. packages cream cheese
    l-l/2 cups sugar
    4 eggs - beaten
    l/2 tsp. lemon juice
    l tsp. vanilla
    3 tbl. cornstarch
    l stick melted butter
    l pint sour cream
    4 tbl. flour

    Recipe




    Cream cheeses; add sugar and eggs. Beat well. Add rest of the ingredients (except sour
    cream). Mix until smooth. Blend in sour cream.

    Pour into greased angel food or springform pan (I never tried it in the angel pan). Bake at
    350 for one hour. Turn the oven off - let the cheesecake in the oven for two hours with
    the door propped open. When pan is cool, refrigerate for several hours.

    I remember when I made this, I would serve it with crushed strawberries.
