    Sweet and Sour Sauce

    Recipe Introduction


    This is from Su Mein Lee.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup ketchup
    • 2 Tablespoons white rice vinegar
    • 1/2 cup sugar (white or brown is ok)
    • 4 Tablespoons orange Marmalade
    • 1 1/2 cup water
    • 1/4 cup cornstarch with 1/4 cup water


    Instructions


    1. In med. saucepan mix all ingredients except cornstarch and bring to boil. Add cornstarch mixture and thicken. Stir constantly while thickening.

    2. Sauce can be kept for up to two weeks in Fridge.



    Final Comments


    Don't let the ketchup throw you. This is very good.
