List of Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken (cut into serving size pieces or use 1 lb pre-cut pieces of your choice)
- 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- A few drops of red food coloring
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt according to taste
- 3-4 tbs lemon juice
- 2 tbs oil
Instructions
- Mix together all the ingredients and coat the chicken with it.
- Leave to marinate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
- Bake in a baking dish at 400F until chicken is cooked through.
