    makes enough for 4-5 people if doubled dont double baking powder


    List of Ingredients


    • eggs,seperated 2
    • butter or marg melted 2 tbsp
    • milk 1-1/2 cups
    • all-purpose flour 2 cups
    • baking powder 4 tsp
    • granulated sugar 1 tbsp
    • salt 1 tsp


    Instructions


    1. Preheat wafflemaker
    2. In a small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Set a side.
    3. In medium sized bowl, beat egg yolks until thick and creamy. Continue beating while adding milk.
    4. Mix dry ingredients together and gradually add to milk and egg mixture; beat until smooth. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and melted butter.
    5. Add 1 1/4 cups of batter to preheated wafflemaker. Close lid. Bake until golden brown, about 5 minutes.


    Final Comments


    For double recipe make sure the mixing bowl is big. 2 soup ladels work good for waffle size
