    List of Ingredients


    • 4 tbsp butter
    • 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
    • 16 large marshmallows
    • 1/2 c. coconut
    • 1 c. quick oatmeal (uncooked)


    Instructions


    1. Melt peanut butter, butter and marshmallows in double boiler over hot water.
    2. Stir until smooth.
    3. Remove from heat and stir in coconut and oatmeal.
    4. Drop from teaspoon onto waxpaper and refrigerate.
