    Sweet & Sour Chicken

    cook time: 40-60 min Temp:375 degrees


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pkg- chicken drums
    • Sauce
    • 1/4 cup- chicken broth or water
    • 1/4 cup- Catsup
    • 1T- soy sauce
    • 3/4 cup- brown sugar
    • 1/2 cup- cider vinager


    Instructions


    1. Take chicken and coat it with flour. stick in a 9x13 inch pan. set aside
    2. Take the ingredients of the sauce and mix together in a saucepan over medium heat until all disolved.
    3. Pour over chicken in the pan. put in oven, check every so often for doneness.
    4. take out of oven when done.
