Raspberry Pork Chops

List of Ingredients
4 Pork Chops
1 tbs Oil
1/4 cup Vinegar
1/4 cup Seadless Raspberry Jam
1 tbs. Prepared MustardRecipe
Brown chops in oil on med. heat, both sides. Stir in vinegar, mustard & jam. Reduce heat & cover. Simmer 15 min. until chops are cooked. Take chops out and put in oven @ 350*. Cook sauce to 1/2 consistancy. Add chops back in and serve.
