Salmon with Bowtie Pasta

Recipe Introduction
This is s very yummy salmon pasta dish.
List of Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup of Sour Cream
- 4 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley, Chopped
- 4 Salmon Fillets
- 1 Tablespoon Creole Seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Onion Thinly Sliced
- 12 Ounces Bow Tie Pasta
- 2 Teaspoons Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoons Creole Seasoning
- 1/4 Cup Green Onion Thinly Sliced
Instructions
- In a small bowl combine sour cream, lemon juice and parsley. Stir well. Divide mixture into 2 portions. Set Aside.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 Tablespoons of olive oil. Add onions and sautee for 5 minutes. Cover the bottom of the skillet with the onions.
- Place salmon in a single layer on top of the onions. Sprinkle salmon with creole seasoning. Place lemon slices on top of salmon. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes being careful not to burn the onions.
- Cook pasta as directed, drain. Add 2 Tablespoons olive oil, one portion of the sour cream mix, creole seasoning, green onions and toss.
- Plate with salmon on top of the pasta. Drizzle the top of the salmon with the unused sour cream mixture.

When I make this recipe I usually use more creole seasoning and sour cream than is called for in the recipe.
