List of Ingredients



• 1/2 cup butter (1 cube)
  
• 1-cup sugar
  
• 1 egg
  
• 1-cup persimmons pulp
  
• 2 -cups flower
  
• 1 TSP baking soda
  
• 1 TSP cinnamon
  
• 1 TSP nutmeg
  
• 1 TSP vanilla
  
• 1 TSP raisins
  
• 1-cup chopped nuts
  






Instructions



1. blend butter & sugar together
   
2. add egg and persimmons pulp, mix well
   
3. sift flour and next 4 ingredients together
   
4. add to the pulp mixture a little at a time mixing well
   
5. add vanilla, raisins & nuts
   
6. drop onto greased cookie sheet and bake 10-12 minutes @350 degrees
