    List of Ingredients




    8 ounces extra-lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast
    ½ cup chopped onion
    1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Campbell's Healthy Request Tomato Soup
    1/3 cup Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk Power
    ½ cup water
    1 ½ teaspoons JO's Italian Seasoning or any Italian seasoning
    1 (4-ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 cups hot cooked spaghetti
    1/3 cup shredded Kraft reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
    1/3 cup shredded Kraft reduced-fat mozzarella cheese

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with olive oil-flavored cooking spray. In a large skillet sprayed with olive oil-flavored cooking spray, brown meat and onion. In a medium bowl, combine tomato soup, dry milk power, and water. Stir in JO's Italian Seasoning and mushrooms. Add soup mixture to meat mixture. Mix well to combine. Stir in spaghetti. Spread mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Evenly sprinkle Cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over top. Continue baking for 6 to 8 minutes or until cheeses start to melt. Place baking dish on a wire rack and let set for 5 minutes. Divide into 4 servings.

    HINT: Usually 1 ½ cups (3 ounces) broken uncooked spaghetti cooks to about 2 cups.

    Serves 4 – Each serving equals:
    295 Calories, 7 gm Fat, 21 gm Protein, 37 gm Carbohydrate, 474 mg Sodium, 301 mg Calcium, 2 gm Fiber
