    16 ounces extra-lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast
    ½ cup Land O Lakes no-fat sour cream*
    ¼ cup chopped onion
    1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup
    1 (8-ounce) can sliced carrots, rinsed and drained
    1 (8-ounce) can cut green beans, rinsed and drained
    1 cup + 2 tablespoons Bisquick Heart Smart Baking Mix
    ½ cup fat-free milk

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a large bowl, combine meat, 2 tablespoons sour cream, onion, parsley flakes, and black pepper. Form into 18 (1-inch) balls. Evenly arrange in an ungreased 8-by-12-inch baking dish. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until meatballs are browned. Drain, if necessary. In a medium bowl, combine celery soup and remaining 6 tablespoons sour cream. Stir in carrots and green beans. Spoon mixture over meatballs. Continue baking while preparing biscuits. In a large bowl, combine baking mix and milk. Drop by spoonfuls onto hot mixture to form 6 biscuits. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Place baking dish on a wire rack and let set for 5 minutes. Divide into 6 servings.
