    List of Ingredients




    8 ounces extra-lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast
    1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    ½ cup chunky salsa (mild, medium, or hot)
    2 cups cooked elbow macaroni, rinsed and drained
    ¼ cup sliced ripe olives
    2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
    ¾ cup shredded Kraft reduced-fat Cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat. Stir in mushroom soup and salsa. Add macaroni, olives, onion flakes, and Cheddar cheese. Mix well to combine. Spread mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Place baking dish on a wire rack and let set for 5 minutes. Divide into 4 servings.

    HINT: Usually 1 1/3 cups uncooked elbow macaroni cooks to about 2 cups.
