    List of Ingredients




    16 ounces extra-lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast
    1 ½ cups chunky salsa (mild, medium, or hot)
    1 cup frozen whole-kernel corn, thawed
    ½ cup Kraft fat-free mayonnaise
    1 ½ teaspoons JO's Chili Seasoning or any chili seasoning
    1 ½ cups (3 ounces) crushed Tostitos Light Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips
    ¾ cup shredded Kraft reduced fat Cheddar cheese
    ¾ cup shredded lettuce
    ¾ cup finely diced fresh tomato
    6 tablespoons Land O'Lakes no-fat sour cream

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with olive oil-flavored cooking spray. In a large skillet sprayed with olive oil-flavored cooking spray, brown meat. Stir in salsa, corn, mayonnaise, and JO's Chili Seasoning. Evenly spoon half of meat mixture into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle half of crushed tortilla chips evenly over meat. Repeat layers. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese evenly over top. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Place baking dish on a wire rack and let set for 5 minutes. Cut into 6 servings. For each serving, place 1 serving casserole on a plate, sprinkle 2 tablespoons lettuce and tomato over casserole, and top with 1 tablespoon sour cream.
