    List of Ingredients




    16 ounces extra-lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast
    ½ cup chopped onion
    1 cup finely chopped celery
    1 (2-ounce) jar chopped pimiento
    1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
    1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup
    4 ½ cups frozen loose-packed shredded hash brown potatoes
    ¾ cup shredded Kraft reduced-fat Cheddar cheese.

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8-by-8 inch baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat, onion and celery. Stir in pimiento and soy sauce. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. In a large bowl, combine celery soup and potatoes. Evenly spoon potato mixture over meat mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. Evenly sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top. Continue baking for 15 minutes. Place baking dish on a wire rack and let set for 5 minutes. Divide into 6 servings.

    HINT: Mr. Dell's frozen shredded potatoes are a good choice or raw shredded potatoes, rinsed and patted dry, may be used in place of frozen potatoes.

    Serves 6 – Each serving equals:
    199 Calories, 7 gm Fat, 16 gm Protein, 18 gm Carbohydrate, 325 mg Sodium, 166 mg Calcium, 1 gm Fiber
