    List of Ingredients




    8 ounces extra-lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast
    ½ cup chopped onion
    ½ cup chopped green bell pepper
    ¼ cup Kraft Fat Free Italian Dressing
    1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Campbell's Healthy Request Tomato Soup
    1 (2.5-ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 cups cooked noodles, rinsed and drained
    full ½ cup shredded Kraft reduced-fat mozzarella cheese

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with olive oil-flavored cooking spray. In a large skillet sprayed with olive oil-flavored cooking spray, brown meat, onion, and green pepper. Stir in Italian dressing, tomato soup, mushrooms, and noodles. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Evenly sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top. Bake for 30 minutes. Place baking dish on a wire rack and let set for 5 minutes. Divide into 4 servings.

    Hint: Usually 1 ¾ cups uncooked noodles cook to about 2 cups.

    261 Calories, 5 gm Fat, 18 gm Protein, 36 gm Carbohydrate, 646 mg Sodium, 228 mg Calcium, 3 gm Fiber
