    List of Ingredients




    8 ounces extra-lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast
    ½ cup chopped onion
    1 (15-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
    1/3 cup reduced-sodium ketchup
    1 tablespoon Splenda Granular
    1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    1 (15-ounce) can Bush's great northern beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (15-ounce) can Bush's pinto beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (15-ounce) can cut green beans, rinsed and drained

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat and onion. Stir in undrained tomatoes, ketchup, Splenda, parsley flakes, and black pepper. Add great northern beans, pinto beans, and green beans. Mix well to combine. Evenly spoon mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Place baking dish on a wire rack and let set for 5 minutes. Divide into 6 servings.

    Serves 6 – Each serving equals:
    149 Calories, 1 gm Fat, 11 gm Protein, 24 gm Carbohydrate, 397 mg Sodium, 58 mg Calcium, 7 gm Fiber
