    List of Ingredients




    ¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
    2 tablespoons Splenda Granular
    ¾ cup finely chopped onion
    ¾ cup finely chopped green bell pepper
    16 ounces extra-lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast
    1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, packed in fruit juice, drained
    ¼ cup reduced-sodium ketchup*
    ½ teaspoon ground ginger
    2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, Splenda, onion and green pepper. Add meat, pineapple, 2 tablespoons ketchup, ginger, and parsley flakes. Mix well to combine. Evenly pat mixture into prepared pan. Spread remaining 2 tablespoons ketchup evenly over top. Bake for 60 to 65 minutes. Place pan on a wire rack and let set for 5 minutes. Cut into 6 servings.

    Serves 6 – Each serving equals:
    144 calories, 3 gm Fat, 12 gm Protein, 20 gm Carbohydrate, 99 mg Sodium, 17 mg Calcium, 1 gm Fiber
