    15 Ritz Reduced Fat Crackers, made into crumbs
    ½ cup shredded Kraft reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
    ¼ cup Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping
    1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
    2 teaspoons JO's Pizza or Italian Seasoning or any pizza or Italian seasoning*
    16 ounces extra-lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast
    1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Campbell's Healthy Request Tomato Soup*
    1 (15-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained

    Recipe



    In a large bowl, combine cracker crumbs, Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, onion flakes, and 1 teaspoon JO's Pizza Seasoning. Add meat and ¼ cup tomato soup. Mix well to combine. Using a 1/3 cup measuring cup as a guide, form into 6 patties. Place patties in a large skillet sprayed with olive oil-flavored cooking spray. Brown patties for 5 minutes on each side. Meanwhile in a medium bowl, combine remaining soup, undrained diced tomatoes, and remaining 1 teaspoon JO's Pizza Seasoning. Spoon sauce mixture evenly over browned patties. Lower heat, cover, and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes for until “steaks” are cooked through to desired doneness When serving, evenly spoon sauce mixture over patties.

    Serves 6 – Each serving equals:
    186 calories, 6 gm Fat, 15 gm Protein, 18 gm Carbohydrate, 428 mg Sodium, 99 mg Calcium, 2 gm Fiber
    Diabetic Exchanges: 2½ Meat, 1 Starch/Carbohydrate, ½ Vegetable
