    List of Ingredients




    8 ounces extra-lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast
    ½ cup chopped onion
    ½ cup Kraft Fat Free Italian Dressing
    ¼ cup reduced-sodium ketchup
    1 cup chopped fresh tomato
    3 cups shredded lettuce
    ¾ cup shredded Kraft reduced-fat Cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    In a large skillet sprayed with olive oil-flavored cooking spray, brown meat and onion. Cool completely. In a large bowl, combine Italian dressing and ketchup. Stir in cooled meat mixture. Add tomato, lettuce, and cheddar cheese. Toss gently to combine. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes. Gently toss again before serving.

    Serves 4 (1 cup) - Each serving equals:
    175 Calories, 7 gm Fat, 15 gm Protein, 13 gm Carbohydrate, 464 mg Sodium, 187 mg Calcium, 1 gm Fiber
    Diabetic Exchanges: 2 Meat, 1 ½ Vegetable, ½ Other Carbohydrate
