    Asian Grilled Shrimp

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/3 c. soy sauce
    • 1/4 c. sesame oil
    • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    • 1 Tbsp. ground ginger
    • 1/4 c. scallions (green onions)
    • 1 lb. jumbo tiger prawns
    • 8 bamboo skewers


    Instructions


    1. Peel and de-vein shrimp. Set aside.

    2. Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, ginger, and scallions; mix well. Add shrimp and toss to mix well; cover and chill for 4-6 hours.

    3. Thread shrimp onto skewers and grill for 4 minutes on each side, basting often.

    4. Serve with hot, cooked rice.
