    Bailey's Irish Cream Truffles

    List of Ingredients


    • 12 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
    • 1/4 c. heavy cream
    • 1 Tbsp. sweet butter
    • 2 egg yolks
    • 1/4 c. Bailey's Irish Cream
    • Confectioner's sugar, chopped nuts, sprinkles, cocoa


    Instructions


    1. Melt chocolate, Bailey's and heavy cream over very low heat or double boiler. Whisk in egg yolks, one at a time; mixture will thicken. Whisk in butter.

    2. Refrigerate overnight or until firm.

    3. With spoon, make small balls. Roll in your choice of powdered sugar, cocoa, chopped nuts, sprinkles, etc.



    Final Comments


    Yield depends on size of finished truffles.
