    Beer Bread

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 c. self-rising flour
    • 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    • 12 oz. can beer


    Instructions


    1. Allow beer to come to room temperature.

    2. Mix all ingredients to form a very sticky dough. Pour into greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350^ for 45 minutes. Remove pan from oven and brush top with melted butter or margarine. Return to oven and continue baking for another 15 minutes. Makes 1 loaf.
