    Butter Baked Chicken

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 broiler-fryer, cut up
    • 1/2 c. buttermilk
    • 1/2 c. packaged corn flake crumbs
    • 1/2 c. flour
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    • 4 Tbsp. butter, melted


    Instructions


    1. Remove skin from chicken and discard. Dip chicken parts in buttermilk.

    2. In shallow dish, mix together corn flake crumbs, flour, salt and poultry seasoning; add chicken, one piece at a time, dredging to coat.

    3. Arrange chicken in single layer in well-buttered casserole dish. Drizzle melted butter over chicken.

    4. Place in preheated 375° oven and bake about 45 minutes or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease.

    5. Makes 4 servings.
