    Marinade for Brisket

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/3 c. wine vinegar
    • 1/4 c. ketchup
    • 2 Tbsp. oil
    • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 tsp. pepper
    • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    • 1 (12 oz.) can Coke


    Instructions


    1. Mix ingredients together. Place meat in zip-lock bag or container that seals; pour marinade over and seal.

    2. Marinate for at least 24 hours.

    3. To cook, place meat and marinade in crockpot and cook on low heat for 8-12 hours, until meat is tender) or place meat and marinade in a foil packet inside of a large pan, making sure packet is sealed tightly, and cook at 250° for 6-8 hours.



    Final Comments


    Enough marinade for a 3-lb Brisket.
