    Oven-Baked Chicken Dijon

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 Tbsp. butter
    • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • COATING:
    • Fresh breadcrumbs
    • Finely grated Parmesan cheese
    • Parsley flakes


    Instructions


    1. Mix mustard, melted butter or margarine, garlic, Worcestershire sauce together in a microwave-safe bowl.

    2. Heat in the microwave for a minute or two to blend flavors.

    3. While heating mustard mixture, mix coating ingredients together in another bowl.

    4. Dip chicken breasts in mustard mixture and then in coating. Place on cookie sheet and bake in 400° oven for 25 minutes.

    5. Perfect every time!



    Final Comments


    I was tired after a long day when I cooked this, so I used dry bread crumbs, the Parmesan (I know it's not REAL) cheese in the green bottle, and dried parsley flakes. It turned out splendid!
