    Root Beer Ice Cream

    List of Ingredients


    • FOR 6 QT. ICE CREAM FREEZER
    • 3 c. sugar
    • 1 1/2 qts. milk
    • 3 pts. whipping cream
    • 1 1/2 can evaporated milk
    • 6 Tbsp. vanilla
    • 2 Tbsp. root beer extract
    • 6-9 eggs, beaten


    Instructions


    1. In large pan, add sugar to milk and heat just enough to melt sugar. Pour mixture into freezer tub.

    2. Add whipping cream and evaporated milk and mix well. Stir in vanilla and rootbeer extract. Add beaten egg and blend well. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
