    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. lean ground beef
    • 10 oz. pkg. frozen corn
    • 14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained
    • 2 oz. can sliced olives, drained
    • 2 Tbsp. Bisquick
    • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
    • 2 tsp. ground cumin
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • TOPPING:
    • 1 c. Bisquick
    • 1/2 c. cornmeal
    • 1/2 c. milk
    • 1 egg


    Instructions


    1. In skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Add remaining ingredients and heat to boiling. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Mix topping ingredients.

    2. Pour mixture into 9 x 9 x 2 inch casserole dish. Top with cornmeal mixture. Bake at 400^ for about 25 minutes or until crust is light brown. Serves 6

    3. High altitude: Bake 30 minutes.
