Applesauce Cake




List of Ingredients



• 1/2 c. margarine
  
• 2 c. sugar
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 2 1/2 c. flour
  
• 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  
• 1 tsp. salt
  
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
  
• 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  
• 1/4 tsp. allspice
  
• 1 1/2 c. thick applesauce
  
• 1/2 c. raisins
  
• 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  






Instructions



1. Cream margarine; gradually add sugar, creaming until light. Add eggs, beating well after each.
   
2. Add dry ingredients alternately with applesauce. Stir in raisins and nuts.
   
3. Turn into greased and floured 9x13" pan. Bake at 350^ for 45 minutes or until tests done. Cool in pan.
