    Salisbury Steak


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can French Onion soup, divided
    • 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
    • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    • 1 egg, slightly beaten
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • Dash pepper
    • 1/4 c. catsup
    • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    • 1/4 c. water
    • 1 Tbsp. flour


    Instructions


    1. Thoroughly mix 1/3 c. soup with ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper; shape into 6 oval patties. In large frying pan, brown patties; drain well.
    2. Mix remaining soup with catsup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, water and flour. Pour over patties in pan. Lower heat and cook about 20 minutes or until desired doneness.
