    3 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
    1 (14 oz.) can Fat-Free sweentend condensed milk
    dash of salt
    1 c. chopped nuts, optional
    1¾ t. pure vanilla extract (don't use imitation)

    In a heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat; stir in nuts if desired and vanilla. Spread evenly into was paper lined 8 or 9 inch square pan.
    Chill 2 hours til firm, and turn fudge onto cutting board, peel off paper and cut in squares.
