Blue Plate Patties

1 egg
2 green onions with tops sliced
¼ c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 T. mustard
1½ lbs. ground beef
1 jar (12 oz.) beef gravy
½ c. water
2 to 3 T. horseradish
½ lb. sliced mushrooms
In a bowl, mix egg, onion and mustard. Add beef, mix well, form into 4, ½ inch thick patties. Cook 4 to 5 minutes per side until no pink remains. Mix gravy, water and horseradish. Add mushrooms. Pour over patties, cook uncovered 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Serve with noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.
