    1 can (15 ounces) Healthy Choice® Creamy Potato and Ham Soup
    1/2 cup fat-free milk
    1 cup Egg Beaters®
    1 package (10 ounces) frozen asparagus, no sauce, thawed and drained
    6 slices white bread, cubed
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
    PAM® No-Stick Cooking Spray
    1/2 cup shredded County Line® Cheddar cheese, (2 ounces)

    Preheat oven to 350°F.
    In medium bowl, combine soup, milk, eggs, asparagus, mustard, thyme, and bread; mix well. Spread into and 11-inch x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
    Bake 30 minutes, uncovered. Remove from oven; sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
    6 servings

    May serve with a colorful fruit salad on a bed of spring greens, if desired.
