    Chili Cumin Pork Rub

    1 tablespoon McCormick® Chili Powder
    1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Ground Cumin
    1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Garlic Powder
    1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Oregano Leaves
    1 teaspoon McCormick® Season-All® Seasoned Salt
    1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Black Pepper
    1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
    2 pounds pork (boneless loin or tenderloin recommended)






    1. Combine seasonings, then rub seasonings onto pork; cover and refrigerate 20-30 minutes or longer for extra flavor.

    2. Lightly grease grill rack. Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill pork 25-30 minutes (or bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350°F) until done or until internal temperature reaches 160°F on meat thermometer. Turn pork occasionally. Remove from grill, cover with aluminum foil. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
