    1 (3-pound) fresh beef brisket
    1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Season-All® Seasoned Salt
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Seasoned Pepper Blend
    3 medium carrots, coarsely chopped
    3 stalks celery, coarsely chopped
    3 medium onions, coarsely chopped
    1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes
2 packages (0.87 ounces each) McCormick® Brown Gravy Mix
    1 cup water
    2 McCormick® Bay Leaves
    1 teaspoon McCormick® Basil Leaves
2 tablespoons dry red wine (optional)

    1. Trim the excess fat from meat. Sprinkle with Season-All® and pepper blend. Place in a covered roasting pan or Dutch oven. Add carrots, celery, and onions.

    2. Combine undrained tomatoes, gravy mix, water, bay leaves, basil, and, if desired, wine, in a medium bowl; pour over meat. Cover.

    3. Bake in a 325°F oven for 3 to 3 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Discard bay leaves. Transfer meat and vegetables to a serving platter. Slice meat across the grain into 1/4-inch slices. Skim fat from pan juices; serve with meat and vegetables. Season to taste.
